LAPIZ LAZULI #10 - BLUE
At first I was like “OMG this is perfect for Kei,” but then I realized “No, he wouldn’t allow a single hair out of place.” So, with a small alpha edit, I got rid of those strands on the forehead. I hate strands. :<

I LOVE THIS HAIR. I like shorter yet longish, tousled styles. I predict using it on ALL THE SIMS, so I retextured it :B
